RU ideas

Idea 1) The People's Republics of Donetsk and Lugansk becomes a Concessions and lease of Russia

Idea 2) The People's Republics of Donetsk and Lugansk remains as part of Ukraine and stays as Russian occupied like they've been since 2014 but at the same time having the Russian government employ Anarcho Monarchism in the People's Republics of Donetsk and Lugansk (ie similar to the First Nations areas pre Christopher Columbus) 

Idea 3) The People's Republic of Donetsk and Lugansk to have the same position with Russia and Ukraine that it had with them from 1918-1922. 

Idea 4) Eastern Ukraine stays at it is in Ukraine but has the same 'client state' relationship with Russia that Barack Obama falsely thought Ukraine as a whole had with Russia in 2016

Idea 5) The People's Republics of Donetsk and Lugansk becomes to Ukraine what Native American reservations in the United States are to the United States, 

Idea 6) The People's Republics of Donetsk and Lugansk becomes an autonomous dependant territory of Ukraine (like Puerto Rico and the North Mariana Islands are autonomous dependant territories of the US) instead of being Independant or a province of Ukraine or being part of Russia 

Idea 7) An other side political post position idea for the People's Republics of Donetsk and Lugansk which includes the People's Republic of Donetsk and Lugansk (if its controlled by Ukraine) having a relationship with Russia that is between the relationship those areas had as part of Ukraine with Russia under Viktor Yanukovych and the relationship that the United States has with Britain since the US since the late 18th century.

Idea 8)  The People's Republics of Donetsk and Lugansk apolitically becomes (and recognized as) an Independant nation , 

Idea 9)  The People's Republics of Donetsk and Lugansk becomes to Ukraine what Taiwan is to China and for it to be as fully self governing and free from Ukraine as Taiwan is fully self governing and free from China (ie the PRoB to be fully self governing but recognized internationally by Ukraine and nearly all countries on Earth as part of Ukraine. Along with the PRoB to have unofficial ties to the nearly all countries it wouldn't have official ties to through representative offices and institutions that function as de facto embassies and consulates. Furthermore the PRoB only being allowed to particapate as part of Ukraine or in some situations as a non state actor within organizations that Ukraine belongs to)     

Idea 10) The People's Republic of Donetsk and Lugansk, along with Crimea join the Commonwealth of Independant Nations which already has Russia and Belarus as members 

Idea 11) The People's Republics of Donetsk and Lugansk forms a relationship with Russia that is similar to the relationship that Australia and Canada currently has with the United Kingdom

Idea 12) The People's Republic of Donetsk and Lugansk become an Autonomous Republic of Ukraine instead of going back to being an oblast of Ukraine (like Crimea is or was to Ukraine). 

Idea 13) The People's Republic of Donetsk and Lugansk have a relationship with Russia that is like the relationship those areas with Russia between 1992 and the Orange Revolution in 2004

Idea 14) The People's Republic of Donetsk and Lugansk stays part of Ukraine but becomes an Eastern block type satellite province of Russia like the Eastern Bloc countries during the Cold War were satellite states of the USSR

Idea 15) All pro Russian residents of the People's Republic of Donetsk and Lugansk migrate to Russia while allowing Ukraine to take back those areas 

Idea 16) The People's Republic of Donetsk and Lugansk remain a part of Ukraine but as a Special Administrative Region while having the same relationship with Russia that Hezbollah has with Iran.

Idea 17) The People's Republic of Donetsk and Lugansk is allowed to be exactly as independent from Ukraine as the Confederate States of America was independent from the US during the Civil War. 

Ukraine would be permitted to have military bases within the People's Republic of Donetsk and Lugansk (like the US has with Gitmo in Cuba). Ukrainians from outside the People's Republic of Donetsk and Lugansk should be allowed to and encouraged to settle in the independent People's Republic of Donetsk exactly like how Israelis are allowed to settle in the disputed West Bank and other areas within 'Palestine'

Idea 18) Russia gets Fort Ross California and parts of Northern California it used to have as territory, this time as a Concessions and lease from the United States along with Russia being allowed to have a closer relationship with Alaska that is similar to the satellite state relationship that Eastern bloc countries that defected from the Eastern bloc had with the Soviet Union after they defected during the Cold War combined with Ukraine's proposed  comprehensive peace plan. 

Idea 19) The People's Republics of Donetsk and Lugansk becomes (and be recognized as) as part of Russia while Ukraine gets all of the current land that they don’t they currently don’t have that was formerly part of the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth (except the People's Republics of Donetsk and Lugansk)

Idea 20) The People's Republics of Donetsk and Lugansk stays part of Ukraine but has the same relationship with Russia that France had with Germany from 1940-1944 under Vichy rule 

Idea 21) The People's Republics of Donetsk and Lugansk becomes a client state to Russia in the same way that Israel was a client state to the Roman Republican during the The Herodian Kingdom of Judea time period and the Herodian Tetrarchy of Judea time period

Idea 22) The People's Republic of Donetsk and Lugansk is controlled by Ukraine but has the same relationship with Russia that is between the relationship those areas had as part of Ukraine with Russia under Viktor Yanukovych and just short of the relationship that South Ossetia currently has with Russia 

Idea 23) The People's Republics of Donetsk and Lugansk becomes part of Poland but at the same time the People's Republics of Donetsk and Lugansk residents have the same relationship with Russia that is between what American ex pats have with the US and a homesickness form of pan transnationalism (with Russia)

Idea 24) The People's Republics of Donetsk and Lugansk becomes (and recognized as) as part of Russia, in a Radically Centrist way

Idea 25) The People’s Republics of Donetsk and Lugansk is part of Ukraine but with Russian influence etc as South Ossetia is part of Georgia but with Russian influence etc 

Idea 26) Russia joins NATO to form connections between Russia and Ukraine while gives the People's Republics of Donetsk and Lugansk back to Ukraine

Idea 27) Crimea becomes part of a binational solution (ie One Nation State) with Greece which could either be a twin regime federalist arrangement or a unitary state while Crimea along with the People's Republics of Donetsk and Lugansk

Idea 28) An other side political post position idea for the People’s Republics of Donetsk and Lugansk 

Idea 29) Crimea becomes part of the People’s Republics of Donetsk and Lugansk and has the same position with Russia and Ukraine that is between the position that Crimea had with Ukraine and Russia from 1918-1922 and a separate equal Multination state structure between Crimea and Russia and Crimea and Ukraine (Crimea-Russia, Crimea-Ukraine but without a Multination state structure between Russia and Ukraine)

Idea 30)  Here's a good idea to end the Russia-Ukraine thing: Pressure Ukraine to hold referendums to be held in Donetsk and Luhansk concerning their relation to Ukraine in return for pressuring the US, UK, Norway, France, Germany and Italy to send more weapons to Ukraine  (to assist Ukraine)

Idea 31) The People's Republics of Donetsk and Lugansk (if they choose to be Independent instead of being part of Russia/Ukraine) becomes part of a Multipolar state that includes Russia (but if they become part of Russia then as part of Russia) , Belarus, South Ossetia while Russia and Ukraine join the EU (and The People's Republics of Donetsk and Lugansk also joins the EU either if they choose to be independent or if not as part of either Russia or Ukraine). Idea 32) Implement China's own 12-step peace plan 

Idea 33) Have the US withdraw from NATO and have the US "ending the imperialist expansionism that set the stage for this (Russia-Ukraine) conflict" 

Idea 34) Have Russia agree to these ideas here to end the Russia-Ukraine war
